Our Residential Services Model Of Care
Attachment is with us from the “cradle to the grave”. Children need to develop a secure attachment with their primary caregiver in their early years!
SCW’s have the opportunity to act as positive role models and to demonstrate formally and informally the behaviours and attitudes they are encouraging in young people, at its most, this is what pro-social modelling is.
